Product Overview

The SupraMatic E BiSecur Series 4 is a premium garage door operator engineered for speed, efficiency, and secure operation. It uses Hörmann’s proven automation technology to deliver smooth, quiet performance for a wide range of garage door types.

This operator is supplied as a head-only unit and comes pre-fitted with an integral 868 MHz BiSecur radio receiver and built-in Bluetooth. Bluetooth connectivity allows direct control via the BlueSecur smartphone app, offering convenient access without additional hardware.

With opening speeds of up to 25 cm per second, the SupraMatic E can open garage doors up to 75% faster than previous ProMatic models. It delivers a pull and push force of 650 N, with a peak force of 800 N, making it suitable for wider and heavier doors.

Energy efficiency is enhanced through integrated LED lighting for bright, even illumination and standby power consumption of less than 1 watt. Additional features include a third opening height for ventilation and an HCP interface for connecting accessories or Smart Home systems.

The operator is supplied with two HSE 4 BS BiSecur hand transmitters and full English programming instructions. Please note that canopy garage doors require a bow arm and rail, which are not included.
